Mentorship and consulting for purpose-driven founders building charities that reach the world’s most underserved communities.
Biyi Adewumi, CEO · Precious Sight Foundation
On 2nd July 2013, Biyi Adewumi woke up completely blind. Not “couldn’t see well” but fully, suddenly blind. Overnight, she went from a full, active life to being house-bound, unable to care for herself, and dependent on those around her for even the most basic things. For nine months she waited, prayed, and held on.
After a corneal transplant restored her sight, Biyi didn’t simply move on. She moved outward. She founded Precious Sight Foundation on a conviction that became her mission: no one should lose their sight needlessly. Today, PSF operates across Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Ghana, and Zambia, having touched over 150,000 lives.
With God, Biyi has built something most founders only dream of: a globally funded, internationally staffed organisation that endures. She has secured sponsorship from world-leading organisations, assembled trusted teams across multiple continents, and developed the governance to sustain it all at scale.
Beyond PSF, Biyi brings over 20 years of HR generalist experience, specialising in the public sector, and sits on the board of two charitable organisations. That breadth of professional and governance expertise is what makes her mentorship so distinctively practical.
Her mentorship is not theory. It is the lived blueprint of someone who turned the darkest season of her life into a global mission.
I lost my sight. I found my calling. Now I help you build yours.

“From our very first meeting, Biyi gave me the strength to trust my God-given vision. She told me: ‘Don’t let anyone talk you out of your vision, no matter how big it is.’ That has been my anchor through every difficult season. Her wealth of experience and faith make her counsel deeply relatable, and she helped me shape my thinking at a pivotal moment in my journey.”
“Mummy Biyi has been a consistent source of insight and wise counsel. She has a unique ability to discern and speak into areas that require growth, helping you move forward with confidence. She doesn’t just offer advice, she intentionally builds, stretches, and aligns you with purpose, with care and genuine love that creates a safe space for transformation.”
“Very few people lead the way Mummy B does. I’ve been with her on PSF missions since 2020 and they’ve been some of the most formative experiences. She doesn’t just teach, she entrusts, investing in me practically from sponsorship strategy to building global teams. Skills I now carry into my own business. What she gives you is rare: not just the knowledge, but the room to grow into it.”
